Translation guidelines:

- Translations are always assigned to a professional translator.

- These translators are native speakers.

- All translators have the technical and specialised knowledge in the respective
  field.

- Each translation will be double checked for spelling, grammar, style and
  completeness  by the translator. Additionally it will be checked for completeness by an
  independent editor.
 
- If necessary, the translations are accompanied by documents supplied
  by the client (e.g. translation memories, glossaries, examples of similar
  translations etc.).

- Whenever possible, texts for the same client are always assigned to the same
  translator.
